“CA debonder” (cyanoacrylate is instant glue) is available at hobby stores if nothing else works and it dissolves instant glues, but I don’t know if there is any coloring on rhinestones that could be affected by it as well. A clerk at the hobby store might know though.

I have never had that happen but you should be careful if it is a piece that has sentimental value. Many methods have their detractors including using nail polish. I don’t know about boiling water. I’d be afraid it would loosen other rhinestones. One archived Y/A said to use ice & rub it on it so it chips off.
I would google “super glue removal” and choose the one that makes the most sense….there are a lot. I would start with the least harmful method first. There is a product “unstick debonder for superglue” I would not despair. On one site a woman said she glued her teeth.

Nail polish remover, the acetone will dissolve the glue.
