Just get one of those boxes for storing screws and bolts from your local DIY store.
Far cheaper than stuff sold for it at arts/crafts stores.
They also have quality small pliers and stuff for electrical and electronics use which should work well for you.
You don’t need really good ones either. They’re designed for far rougher treatment than you’ll ever put them to. Just make sure they’re comfortable.

I like empty spice bottles for storing beads. The are clear so that you can see what is inside, the lids keep you from spilling the beads if you drop them, and some of the shaker tops help with only pouring out as many beads as you want at a time.
I keep mine on small shelves, but I’ve seen guys do something similar with nails and screws where they nail the lids to the underside of the shelves and then just screw the jars back in when they are finished with them.
